At Bader Rutter, he spearheaded the creation of a best-in-class team dedicated to achieving clients' marketing objectives through innovative website and application development, coupled with strategic planning. Beginning as an interactive designer, he progressed to a leadership role where I managed creative ideation, digital strategy, user experience, design, creative direction, art direction, and digital production. Working closely with the General Manager and Vice Presidents, he played a pivotal role in boosting agency revenue by securing interactive clients and integrating them into comprehensive brand campaigns.

From Design Intern to Creative Director, he's had the privilege of leaving his mark on iconic brands at HDC. Upon returning as a CD, he spearheaded the launch of the Experimental Aircraft Association's largest site project, integrating geofencing and application development, sales, and ecommerce. His contributions to projects for Trek and the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin underscore the transformative impact of strategy and design on brand evolution.
